FOLDING OPENERS
All folding openers are manufactured
from extruded aluminium for additional strength with a positive over centre
"snap" action. All knuckle joints are self-lubricating to minimise
any long-term wear.
CONCEALED RESTRICTOR
An in built captive release mechanism operated by means
of a simple non-specific product tool i.e. coin.
ANDERBERG HEAVY-DUTY HINGES
Four-bar design for greater strength and stability characteristics.
Constructed from 300 series non-magnetic stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistibility.
All hinges are designed with an adjustable sliding brass friction shoe to
accommodate sash weights up to 134kg.
BUTT HINGES
Profile related designs for positive load-bearing location.
Constructed from aluminium extrusion with stainless steel pivot pins housed
by self-lubricating nylon bushes. In-built clamp plates allow for greater
on-site flexibility. Caldwell also offer a bespoke service which typically
involves us designing and manufacturing for a particular customers window.
900 SERIES SURFACE MOUNTED RESTRICTORS
Spring action aluminium extruded arm with positive re-engagement.
Supplied with steel pin housed in aluminium bracket and tested to meet 600N
loads in accordance with BS6375 part 2. Locking version available.
SPRING CATCHES
An innovative lever movement allows operation
from almost any angle. Its wide arc offers successful pole operation when
required, and they can be linked in a pair or triple if a single catch is
insufficient. Manufactured from extruded aluminium.
