The window tested was fitted with newly developed Caldwell hardware products which will enter production during the early part of 2007. The testing requires the window hardware to resist forces of 3kN applied to the sashes vertically and perpendicular and the hardware designed specifically to pass the test (patent pending) passed with flying colours.
